Dance at Afro Roots World Music Festival: The Haitian, Rara and Caribbean Sounds will echo through the North Miami Beach Bandshell this weekend. It's the return of the 13th Annual Afro Roots World Music Festival and everyone is invited to swirl, dip and gyrate to the sounds of Boukman Eksperyans, Locos por Juana and the amped Spam Allstars along with outspoken Senegalese percussionist Master Papa Malick Faye. Noted as the one of the longest running world music festivals in Miami, Afro Roots brings artists from Senegal, the Ivory Coast, Guinea, Mali and the Republic of Congo. For $15, you can get your swerve on all weekend long. And, judging by the lineup, we're sure you'll find some cultured cuisine to pair. 7 Circuit Studio: 228 NE 59th St. Tickets: $15 at door. $10 presale (brownpapertickets.com). $10 reduced rate for students and seniors. Doors open at 5pm 04/15/11
